Lifestyle Rules Unique to Japan
-
Throwing out Trash
In Japan, the days of the week when garbage can be put out differ depending on the region. Additionally, we may separate and dispose of combustible waste, non-combustible waste, and recyclable waste. There are often problems arising in how garbage is put out, so please check the rules of your area and follow them strictly.
-
Quiet at Night
Japanese houses are often small, so it is good manners to be quiet at night. Loud noises and footsteps can lead to complaints from neighbors. If the issue cannot be resolved, do not worry, and consult with a real estate agent.
